The So-Ridiculously-Untricky, That-It's-Tricky Step.

Well, not really...

The reason I say it's tricky is because I got lazy with the graphic I made and I didn't exactly make it perfect. Again, you can click here to see the real pictures of the project.

The yellow piece is the one you want to pay attention to.

What you need to do now is insert the 1.5" to 1" adapter into the 2" to 1.5" adapter as shown in the picture to the right in yellow (don't worry, this part is accurate.). That was easy enough, right?

Ok, now you need to cut a piece of the 1" PVC piping to about 3" long. You will use this to insert into the opening of the 1.5" to 1" PVC converter. This is unorthodox - ghetto, you might even say... - but, believe me, it works like a charm. The small 1" PVC piping is denoted by the orange color.

The next step is to attach the 1" PVC-to-1" PVC thread converter to the 3" long 1"-diameter PVC. This piece is denoting in green, but is not really shown as it should be.

After that piece is in place and the cement has dried, go ahead and screw on the 1" brass ball valve. That piece is obviously the gold-looking piece on in the picture above.

Kind of obvious.

Sorry for the crappy quality of the pictures.

Now, screw in the other 1" PVC-to-1" PVC thread converter to the opposite end of the ball valve.

You can now move on to cutting the barrel to the correct length. 53" should do the trick. This proved to be a good length for me. After it's cut, attach it to the female end of the 1" PVC-to-1" PVC thread converter.
